
Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order. Please allow 1 - 3 days for order processing on items that are in stock for shipping. The website inventory is updated daily.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we are humans working with human hands and human brains. We aren't perfect.

We ship our products DOMESTICALLY only. Shipping times depends on your location and how the mail delivery service is operating. Mother Nature plays a part in delivery times, as well as the humans working the shipping scene. Again, working with humans with human hands and human brains. We aren't perfect.

If you choose local pick up, availability for pick is only on Wednesday or Saturday mornings from 10am to 12pm at the PURDY PARK and RIDE location Gig Harbor, WA. Confirmation of pick up orders will be confirmed via email prior to. We will hold local pick up orders for three weeks. If you have not collected your order or made other arrangements in that timeframe, we will consider the order abandoned and will not issue refunds for any products.​

If you chose mail delivery method, the mail delivery sites quote, but do NOT guarantee, 2 - 8 business days for domestic delivery. Please verify your shipping address it correct at time of order placement. The shipping label is created from your input.

Tracking numbers will be provided once the shipment has been processed and delivered to the carrier for shipment. Shipping costs are determined when placing your order. Please include a valid email address for your tracking number to be emailed to you.

Once a package has been received by the post office, we transfer liability to the mail carrier. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail and do not issue refunds or ship out replacement products. We use the address you provide us for shipping, please make sure you input your address correctly.
Sometimes, a carrier may mark a package as delivered when it has not been delivered yet. Please give your package a couple of days to arrive in cases like that and if your package still does not arrive, you can file a missing package claim with the delivery carrier. Because we are unable to confirm if the package was actually delivered or not, we do not ship out replacement products if the package has been marked as delivered.

Personalized, custom orders, take 8 to 10 weeks TO CREATE AND DELIVER because they are made to order. Depending on the order, extra time may be necessary.
