Refund Policy

Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for refunds.  The customer must contact BabRas Soaps LLC via email with order number and reason for order cancellation within 24 hours.  Notifications of order cancellation outside of the 24 hour timeframe are ineligible for order cancellation/refunds.

Modifications to orders need to be made within the 24 hours timeframe.  Customer must contact BabRas Soaps LLC via email with order number and order modification.  Modifications are subject to approval by BabRas Soaps LLC.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns as we are not able to resell our products safely.  If something is missing or damaged in your order, please contact us so we can do what we can to make it right!

Once a package has been received by the postal service, we transfer liability to the mail carrier.  We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail and do not issue refunds or ship out replacement products in those cases.  If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier.  We use the address you provide us for shipping, please make sure you input your address correctly.
