Product Support - Using soap shouldn't be confusing! We aim to provide as much information as possible about our products before you place your order, but should any questions arise please don't hesitate to contact us!

Our Guarantee - We love our soap, and we want you to love our soap too!  Every bar is made from high quality ingredients and is designed with all skin types in mind. Each batch is made after careful review of calculations and tested to ensure proper pH levels, cleansing power and scent/additive skin reactions.

Payment Methods - We accept all major credit cards and cash, at shows.

Product Substitutions - Our inventory is constantly changing, and the majority of our products are limited editions. As such, from time to time an item that you ordered may be out of stock before the website has a chance to catch up with inventory. No substitutions will be made.  You will be notified of out of stock items and given choice for substitution or partial refund.
